Teaching Plan
New Earswick Swimming Club is home to one of the most successful
schemes in the city. Since being founded in 1967, the club has
taught thousands of children to swim; most of which continued
into competitive swimming and reached county, district or
national level.
The teaching staff work to a teaching
plan that has been developed around the ASA National Plan
for Teaching Swimming.
