Senior Performance
Senior Performance (SP) aims to place swimmers in National
Championships. Emphasis will now move to endurance, speed and
aerobic capabilities; however technique will not be forgotten.
Swimmers will be expected to hold great technique whilst
performing tough endurance sets.
General Information
Time: 5 Sessions per Week.
Distance: 3,500m - 6,500m per Session.
Max. Swimmers: 16.

Perfection of Stroke Technique.

Development of general endurance.

Further Development of lactate tolerance.
