Junior Performance
Junior Performance (JP) aims to prepare swimmers for a senior
training programme. Emphasis will now move to endurance, speed
and aerobic capabilities; however technique will not be
forgotten. Swimmers will be expected to hold great technique
whilst performing tough endurance sets.
General Information
Time: 4 Sessions per Week.
Distance: 3,000m - 5,000m per Session.
Max. Swimmers: 24.

Perfection of Stroke Technique.

Introduction to lactate tolerance.

Basic Speed.

Kicking.

Pulling/Paddle Work.
